Anabolic Steroids
There are a lot of kinds of doping that are forbidden and besides that doping is too harmful for our life. We will talk about one kind of doping which are anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS).
The World Anti-Doping Agency can detect the misuse of all doping agents including the anabolic androgenic asteroids. (AAS)
Although the analysis of testosterone rquires special thecniques, and recently discovered interethnic differences in testosterone excretion should be taken into account.
The prevention of misuse of doping agents should include random doping analyses, medical follow-ups, pedagogic interventions tougher legislation against possesion of AAS, and longer disqualifications of athletes who use AAS.
As we can see, the anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS) can improve our performance as athletes, but there is a big risk which is the disqualification of some tournament or even the end of our sports career, so we have to be cautious with that.
