Doping and antidoping. Historical perspectives

Doping has been a changing phenomenon throughout history. To account for this in the following text has been a periodization that distinguishes between a) natural or naturist doping; B) simple or first-generation chemical doping; C) systematized or second generation chemical doping and, d) biotechnological doping. In the second part of the text, attention is focused on analyzing the reaction that the various international sporting institutions have had against doping. In this anti-doping periodization, emphasis will be placed on the creation of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), which will be the new text of the World Anti-Doping Code, which entered into force in 2015.
