Technological development and doping: Conflicting tendencies

 The effects that technological development has occurred on sport until today and what are the future prospects of the same would occur. An analysis of the competing effects produced their own development to create new methods and substances applied to the harmful practice of doping is performed, which has been a difficult barrier solution for WADA and for all institutions struggling eradicate this negative phenomenon that sometimes overshadows the virtues of sport as dignified human activity. Prohibited substances newly introduced in the practice of doping and the danger they pose to the health of athletes and the possibility of new groups of substances entering the arsenal of prohibited substances used in doping are identified. Scientific and technical related to the danger of gene doping and the chances of detecting the same issues are addressed. New tools and analytical procedures are presented to detect the use of prohibited substances and the importance of the implementation of the biological passport for intelligent detection of doping in and outside powers.

In my opinion technological doping is not  harmful to the sport, it should be seen as an advance due to the evolution of materials and technologies that will help athletes to achieve better brands and better performance. I believe that the evolution of the materials is necessary since we were a society in constant evolution and to prohibit this aspect would be detrimental for the advance. On the other hand substances or drugs that are used in order to improve the sports performance which prohibits WADA I think is harmful to sports, sport and its essence as it overshadows fair play and values ​​that the sport aims to achieve . The efforts made by the WADA I believe are correct and must be constantly evolving since there are increasingly more substances that should be banned and must be added to the WADA list.
